Char Good is a violinist and vocalist who plays from the soul. She has studied Music and Vocal Performance at Eastern Florida State College. After discovering the recordings of Ella Fitzgerald and Coleman Hawkins at an early age, Good fell in love with jazz music. Although she collaborates with musicians of every genre, jazz is special to her because, in her words, “Jazz translates human emotions and experiences into songs that people from many backgrounds and age groups can relate to --- jazz brings people together.”
Led by pianist Connor Mahoney, and featuring guests like Hella Ayelet Gal and Char Good, the Liquid Groove Project is a collective of musicians dedicated to exploring the musical possibilities of traditional jazz and modern funk, soul, and popular grooves.
Jeanie Carlin is a singer from Wisconsin who has entertained audiences all over the world. She has also recorded in New York, Switzerland, Ireland and Australia. Jeanie brings a warmth and heartfelt joy to the stage along with a sense of humor. She can put her own style on standards and has some great originals. She also plays harmonica and can deliver the blues with a punch... a tear and a smile. She always makes you feel like a friend.
Danny Bacher is an award-winning singer, saxophonist, songwriter and entertainer in the fullest sense of the term. He’s not only a master of the demanding soprano sax, but combines his virtuosity on the instrument with a talent for comedy and narrative storytelling. He’s a smooth and cool individual who makes hot jazz and pop, cut from the cloth of the great Louis Prima. Bacher swings with pizzazz, scats and sings with a smoky voice, all adding to his compelling stage presence.
Suzy Park is a dynamic vocalist whose voice has range and versatility. She began her career in Atlanta, and moved to Orlando in 1990 to join Disney’s Voices of Liberty. She went on to perform with The Girlfriends at the Hyatt Grand Cypress for 9 years. You may have seen her at EPCOT with the jazz vocal ensemble American Vybe.
Len Fallen has a following on the Space Coast among Blues fans. Len knows a thing or two about the Blues, having been born in the Mississippi Delta, the land along the river from Memphis to Vicksburg. He has had a career including nightclubs and restaurants from New York to New Orleans and all over the country this side of the Mississippi. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi, where he majored in Theatre Arts.
